Train the Trainers

CEFE is one of the most successful experiential methods of creating enterprising societies.

On September 29, 2021, in Sakarya, Turkey, was held the 14-day training for Trainers according to CEFE methodology. This training aims to create 24 competent trainers and entrepreneurship leaders who will use the CEFE Methodology and build entrepreneurial societies around the world, enabling young people to realize their ideas and professional plans.

During the training, the participants had the opportunity to get acquainted in detail with CEFE methodology tools and exercises and being able to employ them.

The GET YES 2 project is supporting the trainers to implement training for young people in their home countries under the mentorship of experienced trainers.

Coaches

Coaching finishes the competence building of new trainers after Training of Trainers. Trainer candidates deliver a course based on experiential learning and CEFE Methodology with a real target group under guidance and supervision of a coach. Remarkable differences can be observed in the performance of trainees: some are better in the special, sometimes more intellectual atmosphere of a ToT, others blossom when they face contact with ‘real’ participants, etc.

Our coaches were carefully selected to facilitate preparation, observe facilitation, give extensive feed-back, monitor the entrepreneurial characteristics of the trainer, advise on business related topics and finally assess the suitability of a candidate to get an international trainer license.
